Our Intake Process
Welcome to our intake process! Once you reach out to us, we will send you our intake paperwork to complete before scheduling your appointment.
During the first appointment our provider will meet with you to understand your current mental health status and discuss your history to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your condition and needs. We work together to identify your personal mental health goals. We then collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals for recovery and improvement.

Abby Larson is a dedicated board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 18 years of experience in healthcare field. She has a passion for working with clients 6 and older. She enjoys helping those who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep issues, and addiction. Abby believes in providing compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs, fostering a supportive environment for her clients to thrive. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to mental health make her a trusted partner in the journey toward wellness.
