Licensed Therapist

1099 Independent Contractor

We are seeking an independently licensed therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy services in-office, via telehealth, or through a combination of both.

This position offers flexibility and autonomy while providing the support and infrastructure of an established outpatient mental health practice.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Minnesota independent clinical license and have completed all required supervision requirements.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

Responsibilities

Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults based on experience and clinical interests.
Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and patient-centered therapy.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team when appropriate.
Maintain professional licensure and ethical standards.
Build and manage a caseload based on your availability and clinical interests.

Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)

1099 Independent Contractor – Outpatient Therapy

We are also seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) who is interested in developing their outpatient therapy practice while working toward independent clinical licensure.

This position provides the opportunity to gain outpatient experience while receiving clinical supervision and support toward LICSW licensure.

Supervision & Licensure Support

Clearwater is committed to supporting LGSWs as they progress toward independent clinical licensure.

Clinical supervision will be provided as required for licensure.
Supervision will support clinical skill development, treatment planning, documentation, ethical practice, and professional growth.
We will work with the clinician to structure supervision and clinical experience to support progress toward LICSW licensure.
LGSWs will have the opportunity to collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the clinical team.
Supervision arrangements and requirements will be established in accordance with applicable Minnesota Board of Social Work requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy within your scope of practice and supervision requirements.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an LGSW who is:

Currently licensed as an LGSW in Minnesota
Working toward independent clinical licensure
Interested in outpatient mental health
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with other providers
Organized and able to maintain timely documentation
Interested in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and/or women's mental health
