Thank you for your interest in Clearwater Mental Health & Wellness.

After you contact our office, we will send you our intake paperwork to complete. Once all required forms have been received and reviewed, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your new patient appointment. Initial evaluations may be completed either in person or through telehealth and typically last about 60 minutes.

During your first appointment, we will review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals to develop a personalized care plan. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD assessments for children ages 6+ and adults, and limited therapy services.

We treat a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, insomnia and sleep-related concerns, substance use and addiction disorders, and women's mental health issues.
